At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely cozy with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your fleece items and place them in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all tags are attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
